Although Gaener applies the greatest amount of energy saving and Energy Efficiency efforts in the Rehabilitation division, we have also made different services and/or assessments within the agricultural and industrial sector aimed at improving Energy Efficiency, for activities such as:
Throughout Gaener career, we have focused great effort on introducing Energy Efficiency and Environmental Sustainability services/systems within the advisory and consulting services in the fields of Architecture and Engineering. Favouring energy efficiency in the building sector directly affects the correct execution of preventive and/or corrective maintenance services for the correction of pre-existing diseases (structure, aging, leaks, humidity, condensation, etc.).
Therefore, based on energy, environmental and economic grounds, we intend to promote integral restoration and Energy Efficiency within the residential and industrial sector.
The result of our work is more than 500 references in Spain, mainly in Galicia but also with services or collaborations offered in Basque Country, Valencian Community and the Community of Madrid, where we have advised for the execution of certified systems that guarantee their functionality, with the inclusion of materials or innovative solutions that are more respectful with our environment as well as with a considerable reduction of energy demand.
Within our references, this decrease in energy demand has a direct impact on economic savings, directly contributing to an annual decrease in emissions of more than 2,000.00 tons of carbon dioxide.
